Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

17th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Valuation was low. Clearly the agent wanted a very quick sale at my expense. The valuation was based on a 4 bed house in a 5 mile radius and not the local area or condition of the property. As the agent stated it’s just another 4 bed property. I insisted on an increased which was justified by the eventual sale price. Very slow to respond to emails and missed an offer by the eventual buyer after I prompted them after 4 days that the buyer had contacted me with an offer after no response from the agents. It very much felt like I was doing all the running, negotiating with the buyer and pushing things along. On exchange day the agents went off line and I was left to chase the buyer and solicitors, hence we missed the exchange.
11th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Wow, I don’t think words are enough to describe the Jenkins team, they have been managing my property for a couple of years now, they are always there when I need them and very quick to resolve any issues for my property. Would highly recommend anyone look to sell or rent , the Jenkins team is you agent to appoint.

Made the entire process especially the moving week really stress free and was really responsive to messages. In the unlikely event we sell up we will definitely be using Bedebrook.

They found us abuyer, and got the Sale completed as quickly as was possible. Just Brilliant. What more could you ask for ?

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
29th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Despicable company throughout. Even sent us a solicitors letter threatening court action if we did not remove an honest Google review. Took our complaints about the way they operate to the property ombudsman who agreed most of our issues and awarded compensation.

31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

Plenty of viewings all accompanied by Jamie but we took the property off the market before any forthcoming offers for reasons not related to belvoir. All in all an efficient service and nothing to complain about.

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home.
