Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

She was also great with my kids during the viewings - clearly prepared to go the extra mile Kept me in touch through the process and the tenant system used (goodlord) was easy to work through and gave good visibility

Highly recommend this agency in buying a property, they have guided me through the entire process, answered to all my questions and promptly facilitated everything I have asked for. Andreea Cri?an has been there for me right from the beginning to the end of the process! These people met all my expectations, great communication, promptly answered to all my questions with clear explanations, great advisors and everything I needed! Many thanks to all of you and keep up with the great work!
23rd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Please do not go with this group of cowboys. We rented our property with them for one year and the experience was horrendous. Their electrician quoted £1500 for work, we then got the work completed be a different qualified electrician for £150. The staff were very rude and pushy towards using their own tradesmen, that’s if you could speak with a member of staff on the phone without them cutting you off. They have taken 2 months rent payments from our tenant who is a pensioner with limited funds, even though their contract has ended, we have been fighting to get this money returned for the past 3 weeks, with no joy as yet, even though they admit it is entirely their fault, they each blame different departments. Absolutely would never recommend this company.
25th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)Alex was great and friendly at the viewing and helpful all throughout references and the move-in. Correspondence with the rest of the team has been quick and easy. A fix for a maintenance issue was communicated clearly and rectified within a few short days.

We had two other estate agents come round, both giving hard sale tactics, one even telling us to fill out the paperwork to sell the house before he came, to "speed up the process". Richard gave us time and made us feel like we just sat down with a friend to have a chat about selling our house. His guidance and the help from the whole team was outstanding. The photos taken by Frazer were beautiful and really made us question why we were moving! Charlotte wrapped up the whole process with an amazing after sales customer service experience and was on hand to offer advice and help push through the sale as effectively and quickly as needed All together a faultless experience and we would happily recommend Jackie Oliver to anyone looking to buy or sell, we just wish we had bought a property through them as well! 18th Nov 2024 (22 weeks ago)After coming across a negative review of inspired from a potential buyer of mine, I am very upset with the lies and harm this review has caused. The buyer described her experience as extremely negative, stating that inspired has lied to her when in fact they have been very clear and on top of what was happening, interests, the progress, policies, and most importantly the COST of everything. After wasting a year with this buyer through a different agency and now another year with the SAME buyer through inspired…clearly the issue is not with the agency… As a seller I am very happy with the quality of care, compassion and professionalism in this agency. Really recommend inspired, they have been doing an amazing job! Shame that when someone can’t make their mind up whether to buy or not is now expressing themselves negatively on the agency. Keep up the good work inspired!
