14th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

13th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Had a great experience recently buying through these guys. I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

23rd Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)Would recommend 1000%. Had my house on the market with another agent for 4 months during the busy summer period and only had 2 viewings... was completely disillusioned. Claire and Erin at Parkmans were recommended to me and although they were not in the same town, I had hit a low point and accepted. They reassured me and took new photos and re-listed... OMG... within 2 days, they had arranged multiple viewings and one of those offered above the asking price. They didn't even get time to put up a 'for sale' sign. Since accepting, they have been on the ball and keeping me updated at every stage. They have been very professional too. At no point did I have doubts. If there was an issue, they went out of their way to help sort it. If anyone else near The Valleys is selling, go with these guys... I feel bad that I don't have any other houses to sell now. Would happily recommend.

I would definitely recommend them they are great at what they do and communication is prompt and thorough. Will definitely use you again in the future. The service and communication is amazing (especially compared to previous agents). The detail in inspections and finding tenants is very thorough. I would defo recommend!
18th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)Flying Keys have been amazing through out, we moved from Sri Lanka to UK in 2023, then in 2025 we have left UK and moved to Australia, until to date, communication has been splendid, these guys go out of their ways to help in every way. I have spoken to them from Sri Lanka before departing and after leaving UK I have spoken to them from here in Australia the communication is still the same. There is one puticular person who stands out from the crowd, that's Jaz, she has been incredible throughout and help us in many ways, I have no words. She is a big asset to the company, and previledged to have her in their team. Jaz was very practical and helped us through out our tenancy with utmost urgency. We have reached out to her from Australia after we left the property, she still revert back to us in lightening speed, gave us good refferals so it helps us immensely in securing a property here. Flying keys have been tremendous for us, we really are going to miss you guys. We have found a special place in our hearts for the Welsh people. Truly remarkable community. Cheers Gayathri & Roshane
