14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

Call backs and emails were responded to really promptly and no question was left unanswered. She took her time to cover every aspect of a first time purchase for me, made the experience as stress free as possible.

1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)As one of the Team at Slater Hogg, of course I would choose to sell my house with them. Fees were totally negotiable and I must admit I did flap a little as the viewers were slow in December. Thankfully I have now sold my home, achieving more than Home Report and the Team in Bridge of Weir have also been keeping me up-to-date with potential properties for me to buy. So happy with the price I achieved for my property. Thanks guys :)

15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently purchased two investment properties from Slater Hogg. I was shown the properties by the branch manager Eilidh. I was struck by her knowledge of the area, schooling, amenities etc as well as being fully armed with all the particulars of the property. She was able to answer all my queries. I subsequently offered, Eilidh is clearly experienced. She had me paying a little more than I wanted but I guess she is working for the seller and not me. A professional, knowledgable company who clearly get results for clients.

26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Sold me a house, then no follow up. House fell through and was made homeless no call to see what had happened? Removed the advert on Rightmove that was on before and just re added the house to Rightmove like it had been added new. Said on the phone that their job is to sell the house and nothing more. Feel like re adding a house to Rightmove is pulling the wool over people's eyes. Why remove it in the first place if it was never completed. Kept saying things often go wrong with paperwork on new builds but then refused to answer when I asked when building would be complete as that is not their job. I feel it would be morally wrong for someone to end up in our situation again but Hames just said their job is just to sell houses. So obviously screw the aftercare unless your the seller.

Even when we were not quite ready she always contacted us for updates and for her also to keep us right and pointing in the right direction. She is pleasant highly professional and a delight to deal with, she makes you feel that we were the only person she had to deal with. Would I recommend her? 100% she is an asset to 24/7. It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

However I have recently used Lesley to sell my own home and I can't rate her work highly enough. From start to finish she was open and transparent on the process, cost and what to expect. My house viewings were booked in fast and my house was sold without any issues. Lesley is so professional in what she does however she stands out from the rest with her personal approach. Her knowledge expertise and passion shines through every interaction.
