23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.

Shani was very professional, on time for the viewings and very responsive to queries as well as keeping me updated. Highly recommended for any property requirements.
1st Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. There has been clear communication and they have managed all the viewings. The photos are amazing and they have always been on the end of the phone when needed.

Communication skills are exemplary at this Agent as is speed of response to asked for changes or just the excellent regular updates. They work with excellent Conveyancers DezRez. A complete package which I heartily recommend to both Sellers and Buyers. 5 *

It wasn't the most straightforward of circumstances given the current economic climate, but Lewis showed great resilience and achieved a great end result for us including the exact kind of buyers we could have hoped for. 10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Can’t rate this estate agents highly enough there level of service and professionalism is second to none. we went a viewed our house on the Saturday and by the next Saturday we had the keys, such a straight forward process from start to finish. Kye and Fiona are very friendly and always responds. They make their customers feel very welcome and valued. Usually a stressful time moving house but they made sure this wasn’t the case. We look forward to setting up our home and look forward to the future. Thank you so much Gary and Samantha Dear.

Finding viewings for my property and then helping me through the process of accepting an offer. There has been no pressure at all from them. The communication has been first rate keeping me fully up to date with every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anybody thinking of putting their property on the market.

We received constant updates from them and nothing was ever too much trouble - often going above and beyond to ensure the transaction went through. They made the experience of moving easy and kept on top of the chain throughout so we always knew what was going on. Fully deserving of the 5* review.
16th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job. My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them. Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market. He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself. He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday! He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose. I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future. Thank you Steve and Next Level Property!
24th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Had several agent round to value our property, decided to market it with Ellis Winter for several reasons, the initial contact Matt was polite, respectful and very reassuring. Matt and Ollie made every effort to make our property look at its very best when doing the photos. All our queries were answered promptly. Communication was via telephone and backed up with emails. Anne kept us updated regularly. All viewings were carried out by Ellis Winter staff. We were very anxious about selling our family home of more than 25 years but Ellis Winter staff made it a stress free experience, we would highly recommend them.
