I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.

The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

As a first-time buyer, there were understandably lots of things I wasn’t familiar with, but he was incredibly friendly and approachable, very responsive and always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions ????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown, they’re very hands-on and proactive and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. There was always someone at the end of a phone call to answer my questions and reassure me through the process. I can't recommend Jodie Gregg, the real estate agent, enough. Gary, James and the whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and did an excellent job of selling our house.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept up to date, which made what can be a very stressful time feel so much easier.<br><br>A special mention has to go to the photographer. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our home beautifully. He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?
