Contacted the landlord directly who claims that he hadn't heard a thing from Fenn Wright. Landlord rectified the problem next day. Fenn Wright take your money but fail to honour their contract or obligations

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected. From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me. We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request. Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!

They supported me every step of the way and kept me updated on every viewing. Everyone there was friendly, kind, and thoroughly profesional. I can honestly say they're a great Estate Agent. I would definitely place my trust in them again. Thank you to all of you at the St. Ives office of Thomas-Morris. ????

1st May 2021 (3 years ago)I can easily make 10000 steps by going round this park twice. It’s large. Good for all age groups. There is a playground for kids. Swan lake is beautiful. I can’t get enough. Very accessible as well

Always honest, fair and reasonable for both sides, prompt to respond and eager to push the transaction through without applying pressure. I couldn’t recommend Joseph highly enough and will 100% be using him when I come to sell my home .
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.
