I’ve moved house a few times but the attention and professionalism of Rickey and the whole team was the best I have experienced. The house was priced correctly, the details looked great and the marketing worked well. The house was sold very quickly, a testament to the teams expert matching of buyers. We had a few problems not related to the sale , but the team kept with us throughout and even put up with my sometimes odd humour. Thanks Rickey and the whole team. You done a great job.
22nd Apr 2025 (11 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. 1st Mar 2022 (3 years ago)From start to completion, our house sale was handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

Relocating is a big deal and she was an absolute joy to work work with. I would definitely recommend May Whetter & Grose!

Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property. James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
