A viewing the next day and moved in 5 days later !! Continued support and help with water, gas,electric etc . First class company

Her knowledge of the property market and professionalism are second to none . When you are moving it can be daunting and stressful and Philippa’s calming and personable approach really helped the whole experience to be a positive one for me and I can’t thank her enough . Michelle and the rest of the team at the office were on hand and a great support too. Can’t recommend Moving Works enough.

She was kind, understanding, and professional at all times. All areas were addressed in.a timely manner with zero stress on my end. The cottage sold after the first four showings for full asking price and we couldn’t be happier with her on-going service and help along the way. Highly recommend Marie and her team!
24th Oct 2023 (11 mo. ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well

16th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)After a non fault claim I was approached by this company, apparently on behalf of the fault party insurers. Bare in mind i was hospitalised with multiple fractures and on morphine. They were insistent that I should make a claim immediatly, and that it should be via them. When I asked some questions and tried to establish exactly what aspect they were representing, personnal injury, medial rehabiliation etc, they became very short and basically said "lets not waste each other times, I have to start a claim now, if you do not want to i will respond to another call" talk about pushy, I mean you called me and I was just seeking clarity for my morphine addled brain before commiting to representation for major legal proceedings - would stay clear.
13th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
