7th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company
25th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)As buyers of property we were delighted with the service in terms of responding to our queries and enquiries along with arranging viewings and the manner of service (friendly and with a smile) that we received from Regan and Hallworth Estate Agents, in particular from Lisa in the Wigan office. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. 12th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We have just completed a sale through Entwistle Green in Leyland, Emily was amazing throughout, always kept me updated throughout the process, very professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. I live 300 miles away from the property so not being local I thought may be an issue but it was anything but. Thank you Emily and the team for a hassle free sale :)
12th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Right from the start, the way they presented and marketed our home was first class — it really stood out, and that made all the difference. The whole team were brilliant: proactive with their communication, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. A couple of people deserve a particular mention. Georgina did a great job negotiating the deal — calm, sharp, and clearly working hard to get us the best possible result. And Michelle was superb at progressing the transaction, staying on top of every detail and keeping everything moving smoothly through to completion. If you're after an estate agent who'll genuinely look after you , we'd happily recommend Moving Works. Five stars.

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. 20th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)My son just sold his house through Marie Holmes Estate Agency and they have been brilliant from start to finish. Another estate agent had been involved but they had not managed to get the sale over the line. Marie Holmes Estate Agency identified genuine buyers and had viewings scheduled quickly. Communication was excellent. My son was guided through the whole process by the staff who used their expertise to ensure the sale was quick and mostly stress free. Fabulous communication on completion day meant that the removal went smoothly. Very happy.

6th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)My experience of this estate agents was very poor. I had to pull out of the sale due to the incompetence of this estate agents as well as the vendor which I understand is not the agents full responsibility. The property in question was a flat in which mortgages would not be approved due to legal complications. My solicitor explained that the vendor would have been fully aware of this before putting the property on the market. My complaint with this estate agents is the misinformation I was given, I was told a service charge largely inaccurate of the actual fee, I was mislead about the vendors actions regarding payment of legal matters, staff told me the vendor had paid a substantial amount and legal matters were solved, 6 weeks later my solicitor informed me this was false information. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional, from the deadlines being imposed on me in order to make a quick sale, to the rude telephone manner by the female staff, even viewing the property to measure up the agent arrived late and I felt rushed to make measurements and have a good look at the property. In all I have wasted over 4 months of my time to find an home and lost a large amount of money on solicitor fees and mortgage broker fees. What’s also sad to see is the property straight back on the market and some other person will be messed around by this estate agents. In all I had high hopes of this estate agents upon reading reviews but after my experience I would advise to avoid Ince Williamson indefinitely.

8th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.
17th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We had very good service from the team at Ben Rose, no complaints whatsoever on the level of assistance throughout the selling pr ocess, and always friendly - and patient when we asked daft questions! We certainly have no problem in recommending the company.
