The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

From start to finish, they have been great with communication, prompt and unreal with my 100s of questions. The whole process has been stress free for us as they have dealt with everything on point. Francesca has been dealing with our case mainly from the initial viewing to the final process, and words cannot express how thankful we are! Not only friendly, but very quick with responses and dealt with everything for us. She was there when we had questions and never made us feel out of the loop. Thank you once again. Will definitely be using in the future when their services are needed.

From the moment I placed my Enquiry on their website, the team (Lyndsy, Katie and Adrian) has been proactive, friendly and helpful. Adrian, one of the letting negotiators who I have been communicating with has been helpful, patient and professional. He has helped me with all the questions and concerns I have had. The team certainly has the knowledge in what they are doing. Thank you.
12th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Their local knowledge and use of social media helped to get us a quick sale at the best possible price. With great communication and lots of advice on our purchase as well, they helped to make the process as smooth as possible. This is a family run business who are easy to deal with and offer a great service to their clients.

He's not only professional and gets the job done but he is so easy to speak too and to be honest once you ask him to do something it's done. He's also really good at advising you no matter what the problem. He's awesome in my opinion and my house move would of not been the same without him. So thanks Dean X

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

24th Oct 2023 (26 weeks ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well
2nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Recently used Howard from Lancastrian Estates in selling a property on our behalf. Because of the distance involved all of the communication was through WhatsApp, email,or phone. Howard sorted everything needed including a solicitor for the conveyancing and provided a seamless service from start to finish with courtesy and professionalism. This was supported by weekly phone calls from Kerry at head office with any relevant updates. Would highly recommend.
