Our mortgage advisor Carla Broadhead ( at Banner Cross branch) has been amazing throughout the whole process. As first time buyers it was really nerve wracking however she’s always kept in contact and made us feel at ease! Very professional and helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone!- 8th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Top People in Hillsborough Branch . This was our first experience of selling a property and right from the initial valuation visit by Scott to the final completion, the staff were wonderful, guiding us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they patiently helped us through each stage. We felt that we mattered to them and were more than just a customer. In particular, Dawn , the branch manager spent hours helping us with forms and constantly kept in touch to let us know how things were progressing. We will be forever grateful to Dawn and the rest of the Hillsborough team for their care and support.

27th Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Staff are fab and really approachable. Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.
18th Dec 2024 (22 weeks ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

14th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)Peakstones was a huge find, I had been looking for a flat near Kelham Island for ages when finally I found the perfect one with them. I had many questions and Taylar was amazing in answering all of them, being a nice and comprehensive person, on top of being professional. During my stay they were also great, quick to communicate and always helpful. Unfortunately I had to move to another city for work, and again they went beyond to help me ease the transition as I heeded help with some bits at the end of my tenancy, Tariq, the director, was so nice to assist me and I only have great things to say about all the staff. Wish you all the best!

7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

Valuation perfect - valued it at more than I expected but achieved their valuation with a great deal of interest generated. Sold within two weeks! Kept me informed of viewings and enquiries. Would definitely recommend Morfitt Smith for their professional service.
