Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. 12th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Initial communication was great but when sale going through legal process found it hard to get updates and received misleading updates. Was told chain was 2 people ended up much larger and frustrated by lack of communication between chain and willingness to chase a speedier conclusion. The agent appears to be too busy to deal with your enquiries as they are too busy chasing new business to give you the necessary commitment.

Dan, Brendan, Rita, Shiv all helped with the process and achieved the desired goal. A special thank you to Shiv for all the hard work , he is truly an asset to the company. Many thanks will definitely recommend anyone who wants there property sold or rented ????
21st Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Many thousands in debt which should be paid off but you kept the rent going and also claimed rent from another tenant. Poor service and houses in terrible condition. Worst service ever. In still waiting for a reply about the arrears. Getting rent of two tenants for over a year !!! And the money owed was because of damage made when I was away.- 23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)TLDR: Sold property during tenancy, told I'd be unaffected before being told I had 2 days to move out, demanding double rent payment, refusal to refund deposit & rent overpayment on a property they no longer own. Happy to take action when a rent layment is 2 days 'late' (even if the payment isn't a valid one) but outright reject liability categorically when it comes to refunding tenants. Thieves and con-artists. Moved in end of March 2021, landlord sold the property during my tenancy and I was told it'd make no difference to me (sold with tennant) 2 days before the sale was final I am visited by the new landlord to clarify that I'd be moving out October 15th (this was on October 13th) as Peter Alan informed him I was leaving. No conversation had been had with me. Was made to sign a new contract, find a new deposit and rent half way through the month and was told my previous deposit and rent overpayment will be refunded. Instead, Peter Alan attempted to charge me rent on the 1st of November (on a property they no longer managed and insisted I was moving out), then issued me with late payment warnings and potential action. Since then I have been fighting to get my refund back. I have had my deposit (as its held seperately) but I am still fighting to get my refund back. Peter Alan insist they are not liable to repay my refund even though my statements show that my payments were sent to Peter Alan. I've had nothing but excuses, deceit and unproffesionalism from Peter Alan, particularly Kim Wilkes whom seems to spend the vast majority of her time either never in the office and therefore never working, or just blatantly ignoring emails from me on the matter. Legal actions have already begun though given how this will now take time, I'd rather for-warn potential tenants ahead of time! Given the choice between going with Peter Alan again or being homeless, I'll be finding myself a nice box

Gemma was outstanding throughout the whole process with regards to viewing, feedback, offers and ultimately securing the sale of our property. Would highly recommend.
15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)No86 recently sold a property for us in Pontarddulais. The whole team was extremely professional and kept us informed of progress at all times. They were always available on the telephone and went out their way to solve any problems that cropped up. Next time I need to sell a house they will be my first port of call. Thank you all.

13th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I heard good reviews from a family member who used Andy at Moving You in the past for the selling of their property and they were very happy with him and the whole sale of their property. So I decided to give him a ring top bloke very experienced and excellent at what he does. Not only did he beat all fees of local competitors but he sold my house within two weeks of advertising. Took excellent pictures and with the use of drone of the outside of the property I was extremely happy how he made my property look and how efficient he was. I was extremely happy I would no doubt use Andy at moving you in the future again. Really was an excellent experience from the start to end. I couldn’t thank him enough for what he did for me.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
