30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks ??????
1st Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Steven was extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything with our new property and was always easy to get hold of, accommodating and was probably the best agent we could have had! He helped put us in touch with our mortgage broker who basically moved mountains for us, and Steven just made everything feel so easy. Even on completion day, he helped the whole chain move smoothly behind the scenes and never came across as stressed or annoyed by us badgering for updates! If we ever forget the stress of moving again and choose to sell, we will 100% use Steven!

From start to finish, he has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>His advice on pricing our house was honest, realistic and spot on, and our house sold within just 3 days of being on the market!<br><br>He has gone above and beyond, especially when it came to chasing solicitors when communication was practically non-existent. He kept on top of everything, ensuring things continued to move forward and that we were always kept in the loop.<br><br>Even right up until the day of completion, he kept us updated every step of the way, explaining what was happening and making sure we never felt left in the dark.<br><br>His professionalism, honesty, dedication and excellent communication have made what can be a very stressful process so much easier.<br><br>If you are looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares, goes the extra mile and keeps you informed throughout, we would highly recommend him. Thank you for everything you have done for us Andy. You have been amazing!

It was an emotional journey selling my house in many ways but Chris and his team stepped in and provided the support and advice that I needed to reach the desired outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
