29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)If I could give a negative score I would. Very rude and unprofessional staff! Takes a looooong time to respond to repairs. The contractor wouldn't even give a notice if he's coming or not.

She made the whole process of house hunting so much easier, I would absolutely recommend Pedder and Sarah in particular!

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We sold a flat via Winkworth Streatham H1 2024. I would recommend the team, who were all natural and easy to work with. Charlie runs the branch and was "there" when we needed him; although that wasn't very frequently. Steve was great - his communication was excellent and he was consistent point of contact between agreeing the deal and completion.

She was super responsive via email and call when we were enquiring about the property, 100% at hand for answering queries and providing updates during referencing and ensured the process was completed as smoothly and quickly as possible. He was professional, polite, sensitive and efficient. He helped to expedite things in good time. A good communicator who always got back to me quickly if he was not available when I needed to speak with him. Thank you.
19th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Kelly seems smart and experienced, however the sales negotiator who was doing the viewings wasn’t very good. I got 6 viewings in the whole time I was listed with them, which they insisted was normal. I Switched agents and got 11 in 48 hours. I just don’t think they have the resources to sell things the way other agents do. I think if your property is exceptional and will sell regardless, they are a good option as they are cheap, but Otherwise they’re best avoided.

16th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I went into this estate agent. And the people in there were very nice, very helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. I also passed there when they were closed . Unfortunately, I lived through the window, and the amount of personal data that I could see was unbelievable people's names. Phone numbers address keys on the counter. I will try and attach some photos, but I have. Decided not to attach all photos as it really shows a lot of personal data. I do hope to go back there in the next 4 to 6 weeks, and hopefully, all the desks are. are clear of personal data. And then I will definitely give this place a 5 star review because staff were really nice.

2nd Apr 2020 (4 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.

Azra was a breath of fresh air when she greeted us at the property for the first ever viewing, Azra was enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and honest - she was big part of why we put an offer down. Our whole experience has been incredibly smooth thanks to Azra, she was happy to help anywhere, anytime! Highly recommend!

The buyers that we had lined up for us were all interested in buying the property, but typical of today, not many had there houses on the market, but not a load of time wasters that I had with other agents in the past.
