He saw the potential in my late mother's less-than-snazzy retirement flat, offered a very competitive rate for his services and was proactive, super helpful and good-humoured throughout the process of selling it, which turned out to be lengthy through no fault of any of ours. Wherever he could he made contact with all parties necessary to speed up the process. He was well-informed, communicative and always a step ahead. He more than earned his fee and I would recommend him unconditionally.

In such an important and complicated process as selling a house I really appreciated how good they were at communicating with me and how approachable they were. And I must say a special thank you to Shannon, who was absolutely integral to making things happen and keeping a vital channel of communication open between me and the buyers. Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer. Many thanks to everyone at Pedder, Shannon, Dan, Basak, everyone I had contact with, were truly excellent. Thank you so much for helping me to sell my first home!! I wish you all the very best.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. A real local expert who knows every house in the Telegraph Hill area inside and out, his advice and guidance were invaluable to us. At a difficult time in the market, he was able to value the house precisely and market it effectively. Through a difficult transaction, he worked tirelessly to get the whole chain moving forward without ever losing his cool. But what really sets Warren apart is his honesty and integrity. He never promises what he can't deliver or puts his interests above those of his clients. It's how he built an unmatched reputation in the neighbourhood and why we are proud to say that he's not just the best agent we've ever worked with but also a dear friend. If you're buying or selling anywhere near New Cross - consider yourself lucky because you have the chance to have Warren on your team.

19th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Kelly seems smart and experienced, however the sales negotiator who was doing the viewings wasn’t very good. I got 6 viewings in the whole time I was listed with them, which they insisted was normal. I Switched agents and got 11 in 48 hours. I just don’t think they have the resources to sell things the way other agents do. I think if your property is exceptional and will sell regardless, they are a good option as they are cheap, but Otherwise they’re best avoided.

19th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail. That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.

2nd Apr 2020 (4 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

They've been brilliant from start to finish of the process of me buying my first house, from the detailed property advert with a 3D viewer, to always being available to contact and acting as the go-between for me and the sellers. I 100% recommend them to anyone going through this process and they made it as stress free as possible for me so thank you!
