Their services were so very professional and all the team we dealt with in Stanstead Abbotts were extremely good. They achieved the right buyer at the right time and the whole procedure was very efficient and the timing was first class. Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

18th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of selling my home through Ward Estates an independent estate agent in Hertford. They were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I took up his recommendation. First and foremost they are just lovely people and cannot do enough for you. They are so helpful and professional. I dealt with Nicola and what a breath of fresh air she was. She kept the chain moving, kept me up to date on what was happening and ironed out the problems which inevitably arise during houses moves, straight away without fuss. The biggest accolade I can pay her and Ward Estates generally was when you buyers told me what a lovely helpful girl she was and they wished they had gone with her. From start to finish a thoroughly professional and dress free experience.

I would 100 % recommend Westwood Leber as my experience was positive, with great communication throughout the whole process.
30th Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

5th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)We rented for just over 1 year, reported several faults during this period of which some where resolved, 1 being the central heating was in poor condition, the landlord requested a rent increase the following year of which we challenged until the central heating was resolved, the central heating failed during the coldest winter on record and we were without heating/hot water for 3 days. As we did not pay the increase in rent the Landlord was upset and issued us a eviction notice (joke right) appears Sage Ward didn't even tell them we had challenged the proposed rent increase. Sage Wage said I was lying, even thou I provided emails with the reports, no apologies were given. In summary from the outside they look great, but very poor services, We didn't sign the inventory as we raised concerns of which they failed to respond. Again all proof via emails held, fully decorated the house on moving out, better condition than when we moved in and they still have request just under £500 of our deposit, Gold star award company that hopes to charge £90 to grout four screw holes? WARNING keep any written correspondence, you will need it.

25A High Road, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, EN10 7HX(18 reviews)12th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)My brother had used Reynolds Salter on a previous occasion, so when we were selling our late mother's property under probate, we called David Reynolds to value the property and suggest a marketing plan, along with two other agents. David suggested a guide price valuation, followed by an open day for viewings, as he felt this would generate the best offers; we decided to go with them as sole agent. In the end we had 14 viewings over two open days and 6 offers above the guide price. We accepted the best offer with the shortest chain rather than the top offer, and this meant the sale was completed quickly and easily. I would recommend Reynolds Salter to anyone as highly professional advisors with a keen sense of the state of the market, and their experience in positioning our property was perfect.
