After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

Everything is seamless with them and they tick all the correct legal boxes. As a landlord, I have peace of mind with no aggravation. Emilee in particular stands out as someone who is motivated and on top of every situation. A pleasure to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Mather Estates as they are very professional and down to earth. The service is of a very high standard indeed. No nonsense and no gimmicks. A well deserved five stars from me.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

At no point did I not think he wouldn’t do what was right by me and also the buyer. His knowledge of the market and legal matters were particularly helpful too. James really cares about his clients and this is invaluable when going through something as big and often as stressful as trying to sell or buy a house.
