We only put the house on the market at the end of September and we are moving out mid January. We would certainly recommend them.

7th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)We purchased a house 2 weeks ago, through Richard Lowth and had dealings with Emily too. They were great, very helpful, responded to questions and generally were very pleasant to deal with. Richard was very helpful at the point we were offering even though we weren't his client. He has a lovely calm demeanour which is good in these situations. I felt that they were both honest with us throughout even though sometimes it wasn't the news we wanted! We are now in our new house and delighted with it. Thank you to you both. I would highly recommend Richard Lowth & Co.
27th Jan 2025 (17 days ago)We were listed with a number of estate agents whilst looking to purchase a house in the Marple, Marple Bridge area. Whilst all of them were good, Gascoigne Halman were excellent at keeping in touch and finding out exactly what we were looking for. We have to give a mention to Louise for always being on the end of the phone and to Rebecca, who despite us looking at one house 3 times was always patient. Rebecca was also instrumental in us being able to complete on our purchase in a short period of time to tie in with the sale of our own house. We would definitely recommend Gascoigne Halman to our friends and family.

(13 reviews)2nd Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Been great for me, but I'm no moaning mini, little jobs get done by myself, any other issues are sorted in amicable time, Colin and Mike are great down to earth and any issues usually have replies within 24 hrs( fine with most normal people) landlord on the other hand is charging the "going rate" for a property that is not the standard but it's an ok area, it does need windows doing, damp sorting properly, carpets stained from previous leaks etc but again nothing major, and wpf deal with it all via landlord ???? Will definitely use wpf for all our future rents etc, Can't fault wpf , it's the landlords that take time deciding on any fixes or repairs, bear that in mind ????

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

2nd Nov 2018 (6 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.

Puja and the team (Varun & Komal) have been very prompt in helping me with the tenant-finding service initially. Now I am glad to offer t99homes with full property management service. Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

He has given up his own time to help us and has ensured our property is well looked after and that our tenants are very happy. After our friends had a bad experience letting out their house with other agents in the past, we were very nervous about letting our home when we moved abroad. We are truly thankful to have Dan looking after this for us. We can't fault his service whatsoever. He is a breath of fresh air to work with, we are delighted with his service and the service of Property One. I highly recommend them, they genuinely care about your property, you as a landlord and your tenant.
