10th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Hunter French was our preferred choice for selling our home. From the very first visit to our house to the final act of handing over the keys they have been excellent! Nothing has ever been too much for their team and our negotiator Tom York was just superb-always on time always answering calls and emails promptly and keeping us up to date on progress. The team at HF in Devizes also need special mention as well-always up to date on our sale progress. The advertisement and photographs were superlative! AND Hunter French was the most competitive cost with NO extras. Just GREAT! Many thanks.
Knight Frank Cirencester recently kindly sponsored me to do a charity cycle ride to Norway. The were very generous and massively helped me to achieve my fundraising goal. Rupert Sturgis was particularly helpful, friendly and supportive!

All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.

We encountered many of the standard solicitors delays as to be expected (no fault of the agents), however Maisie and Tom were always on the ball when it came to chasing 3rd parties for answers to keep the process moving forward. Polite, friendly and informative service - much better than what we had previously experienced at neighbouring agents and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Brislington to anyone else looking to purchase property in the local area. We will be using them again for certain.

20th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)What a great experience to have out sale handled by Fine and Country. Our Agent Matthew kept us informed throughout the whole selling process and after each viewing. The fact that an agent accompanied each potential purchaser on a visit meant that we didn’t actually meet anyone because he dealt with all questions as they arose . This was evidence of an agent fully acquainting himself with the details of the property he was selling. Well done and thank you Fine and Country I would have no hesitation in recommending your agency .
