We have been looking at properties with Davies and Davies' Bradford-on-Avon office staff for some time and they have always been professional and positive. 25th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Sold our house with Kingstons, working with Ben H. Ben was absolutely brilliant and definitely earned their rates. It was a tumultuous process that took far longer than it should have, but Kingstons were absolutely first class throughout the process. Made sure our buyers were okay by keeping them in the loop and ensuring transparency, regularly "reminded" solicitors to do their jobs, and were always friendly and accommodating. You read a lot of negative stuff about Estate Agents and I have to say that Kingstons absolutely smashed it and would gladly work with them again.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Allen and Harris were so effective, despite being in a chain we were in within 9 weeks. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

From the pictures and house tour video by Stuart, Lynn who carried out the viewing on our behalf and Ben who has dealt with the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion have been absolutely flawless. I would 100% recommend this branch and would not look to go anywhere else in future when looking to purchase or sell a future property. Thank you all once again ????????????

29th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
