In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. Poppy and I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone buying or selling in the Hungerford area.

21st Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Never again go with Haart I had 9 complaints with them. Communication, serious breach, being told that the other offices were too busy to answer the phone. EPC was never done, but used other people's to hide the fact I got out the contract early due to all the errors from them.

Was very honest and transparent. They did the very best they could with the current climate. Myself and my siblings are very grateful of a positive outcome. Thanks to Ian and Ollie and the team. He took time with the brochure, taking excellent photographs and writing thoughtful descriptions detailing the distinct character of our home. He is highly professional; he listened to our needs and responded well at every stage of the process.

Purton Wiltshire) didn't disclose that he has a soakaway far to close to property 17. After refusing to move it or my offer to move it we had no option but to pull out as the end result could undermine the foundations and cause damp. Speaking to the Council Surveyor the soakaway needs to be moved to min 5 mtrs away from the property. It might also affect the properties close by. We and our buyer are now left with legal fees as we had already got to contracts. BUYER BEWARE. IT IS SAD THAT THE NEXT INTERESTED PARTY WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THE SOAKAWAY ISSUE BY THE ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEM.

Can’t fault the experience I had with them and would highly recommend. Professional, helpful and not arrogant like most estate agents - was a refreshing change
