However, Moore Allen & Innocent have been outstanding, exceptional in fact. We have found them so helpful, willing to go beyond what is expected. A Solutions team that have expertise in finding, and sometimes adapting, to innovative ways to sell your treasured ????.
8th Oct 2024 (18 weeks ago)This is the 2nd time we have used Allen and Harris to sell our property. Andy and Chris were very helpful, arranged great photos and sold our house before it had actually been launched on the website. Very professional service, highly recommend them.

8th Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)Moovahomes changed my perspective about House Agencies. I’ve always had a very terrible impression about housing agent and sorts. My friends all complain and every now and then, about one issue to the other which agencies could have applied some sort of discretionary measures to or even talk to tenants in a better way. I took the place I got with them cos I literally had no choice, asides the fact that the rooms were clean and all, I had nothing else motivating me to take up a place with them aside running out of options due to my move to Swindon. But it was literally the best decision as regards renting a place, they are amazing, if there is any better word, they deserve it. Asides the professional way of conduct, the quick response to issues, the thoughtfulness about things other agents wouldn’t have bothered about, Oh my! It’s absolutely amazing! I would recommend over and over. I hope anyone who reads this, gives them the benefit of the doubt cos it is definitely going to be positive. I mean I alone do not feel these way, my present house mates confirm feeling same as well.

Nikki Marshall was incredibly professional, friendly and proactive in marketing the property, then negotiating on my behalf, and she replied promptly to any phone calls or emails, kept me fully informed throughout right to the successful completion of the transaction. Can't thank her and the Chappell's team enough

Jonathan and Matthew were both caring, helpful and professional and a pleasure to work with, they gave us prompt feed back after each viewing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

But after I was handed to Danny, he applied pressure and pushed us to use ASAP Assured Sale and Progression. Informing us that the sellers were going to use this too so it would make the process easier. This was not the case, not only did the sellers not use ASAP but ASAP were the worst solicitors I’ve ever seen. They wrote inaccurate reports, didn’t respond to messages or read documents sent to them. I can only assume that Danny recommended them so he could get further commissions. When it came to the day of collecting the keys, the agency didn’t even bother to meet me in person. Instead opting to leave the keys with the building receptionist and washing their hands.

Would recommend highly as he got us through a very stressful sale, but he kept pushing and communicating throughout. Richard made our Dream come true!
