Excellent and consistent 'can do' attitude from Matt, Theresa and Jamie plus that all important X-factor: a sense of humour. Couldn't fault them.

From the initial consultation to the final closing, Jemma demonstrated impressive market knowledge, providing valuable insights and guidance that led to a super quick sale. With great communication and a proactive approach I felt Jemma really understood our needs and the 3D walking tour facility showcased my property in the best light possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris Highworth to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner for their real estate needs, and Jemma especially. 20th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. ZERO STARS. Tied in to a one sided 20 week contract (in their favour) & very little interest from buyers or A & H. Total apathy, they are not the local company we all once knew & loved, in our case for over fifty (yes 50) years & used happily in the past to buy & sell property several times. They are part of a national company called SEQUENCE. Phone calls not acted upon or promised call backs not made, false statements ('we have people queuing up to buy houses like yours'). Make sure you negotiate the length of your contract & selling commission percentage if you are brave enough to use them. They are toying with people's dreams & don't seem to give a toss. Neither did their sister company in Weymouth where we are moving to but that's a story for another review.

3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?- 30th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)My property was with a different estate agency and we were not going anywhere in finding tenants for quite sometime. So Chole called me and within 2 days she found tenants. she was very quick and provided very professional service. In Chole absence Lizzy was helping with email reply and follow up.
