8th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Simply the best. Dunhill have let and managed property for me for over seven years, now. I can honestly say the service they provide is excellent. Everyone is extremely experienced, very helpful, and utterly professional. In my years I’ve come across many estate agents and letting agents, a few good, many bad, but Dunhills are head and shoulders above all of them. They’re meticulous where it matters, and utterly reliable. I can’t recommend them enough
9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

1st Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Left the property last August and still waiting to get our deposit back. Taking the steps now to take legal action against them, it seems that we are not the only ones being abused. They even came inside of our property when we were still living there without our authorisation. If anyone had issues with them please contact me via Facebook, Paola Crespo Lombardia, so we can build a case against them together

13th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We had them as a managing agent of our home. At every opportunity they aimed to take money from us and mess us around as students. Didn't fix any of the issues we raised that meant six of us had to live from one fridge for a few months. Didn't mention the knotweed in the garden that we had to deal with. Withheld some of our deposit (£90 for fixing a toilet seat for example) that we later found out from the next tenants they didn't even fix. One of the tenants had to essentially live in the library or anywhere else as his room's walls were so damp and covered in black mould even though he barely spent any time in there and left the window open. They tried charging him £240 for the state of his walls as they got the before and after photo mixed up (the after photo was better as he had scrubbed his walls clean with appropriate black mould remover!!). Absolute hell and quite unpleasant people to deal with. Wouldn't recommend if you have to deal with them managing your property, they do not care about students!
