Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

The handover to Charlie was seamless, and he and Sam kept everything moving through to a smooth completion. They also introduced us to in-house contacts for surveys and solicitors, who were equally professional and prompt. So impressed that we also chose them as our letting agents. Highly recommended!

Brian, Kieran and the wider team were great throughout and made the whole process feel calm and well managed. Within the first week there were lots of viewings, and within a couple of weeks I had an offer I was very happy with. From there the sale progressed smoothly and completed in a good timeframe, with clear communication along the way. I was selling from a distance as the property was a rental, and the team were particularly helpful with this. They went above and beyond in dealing with practical and management-related issues at the property, which took a huge amount of stress out of the process and really helped everything run smoothly. Professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. I’m very glad I chose Field Palmer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

5th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)rang on Saturday the 3rd Jan to book viewing for Saturday the 10th Jan to view property at 2 tumulus close ,had text viewing cancelled , rang and spoke with Tanya who was highly unprofessional and said vendor only wants to continue with people who are proceeding, probably blaming vendor for their convenience. Funny she knew we aren’t proceeding - Pathetic

We both brought and sold a house with Luci recently after having been on the market with a different estate agent last year with no luck. Not only was she able to sell our house within 2 months, she also helped us find a lovely home that we were able to move into last Friday! She was great through the whole process, making sure we remained updated every step of the way, calmed our worrys when they arose and was honest with everything that was happening. I couldn't thank Luci enough for all of her help throughout this whole process. I have already recommended Luci to a friend that is starting to think about buying a house.
