13th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Since putting my house up for sale I've had a good relationship with Albie one of the estate agents he had been so helpful and very professional especially when showing my house to different clients it has now been sold. I'm still getting msg from other estate agents offering there services but I know I got the best deal with Fisks and finally me and my wife Tracey would like to thank Harriet as well for her hard work in getting this done.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

Has to be one of the most efficient estate agents and employee I’ve dealt with. Am looking forward to moving into my new flat in the next couple of weeks!

1st Sep 2024 (20 days ago)We used Lawrence Antony Homes to sell our property in Thorpe Bay. From start to finish the process was seamless and Antony's knowledge of the process was superb which helped the selling and buying process to go through smoothly. Andrea who works with Antony was very efficient, she was phoning us every few days to update us on what was happening and this really put our minds at rest. We have used other agencies in the past but we noticed the personal touch when using Lawrence Antony Homes. On our moving day Antony popped round with a bottle of prosecco to wish us well for our new property in Cambridge. I would highly recommend using Antony he offers a 5 ***** service.
2nd Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Fisk handled the process well although when it came to signing the legal paperwork toward the end of the process, the young lady within the estate agent was unsure whether she was the witness or if it was my solicitors who would be the witness signature. Overall, a decent experience when buying my first property.

She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
