5th Oct 2024 (9 days ago)How can appraisals from Hockley and Hadleigh offices come up with a £225,000 price variation within 3 months on a £800,000 property?? Updated from reply. The sale as advised two years ago and also confirmed 3 months ago to both of us, was always just the house as you know. The development behind that you say was included in your appraisal, sold in excess of 800k and was handled by another agent. That alone would make your valuation more confusing. I did reach out to both offices with no further explanation. I’ve now found an agent locally who meets my criteria so will end any more dialogue.

After approaching Nick at Nest for some advice, I made the switch to Nest. As soon as I signed up with Nest i felt like a valued customer, if you are after attention to detail and someone to hold your hand through every step of the way Nick is your man. From listing the our property and being in the new one in 11 weeks it couldn't of gone any smoother.

And don't forget to pop in when you're passing.

10th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Scammers they don’t care about tenants at all. You will be repenting if u rent or buy through them as I have gone through this experience so I will hardly recommend avoiding them as they just care about their money only at the end of the day.
7th Oct 2024 (7 days ago)We recently had help from Helen to move into our new home. The whole transition from start to finish was seamless, she was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. The online portal was handy because it meant we could sign everything online making it a very quick process, it also ment on moving day we only had to collect the keys which allowed us to get moved in much earlier than anticipated.
