24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

30th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Cameron at Goodchilds Stoke, has been excellent with the valuation of our property, advice on how best to market the property, photography to show the prime selling points of the house, and advice once the property was sold stc- our property went on the market with Goodchilds Thursday pm - 2 viewings booked for Saturday - one of which offered the full asking price which we accepted the following Monday- just wish that I had gone with Goodchilds from the beginning rather than waste 10 weeks of our time with an inferior local estate agent.

15th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Should not be allowed to operate the way that they do, withholding extremely important & legally required to disclose information about the state of a property from potential buyers until a price has already been negotiated. Comes across as completely dishonest and deceitful.

11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I would like to say a massive thank you to Lacey Eldridge, she has helped and understood the circumstances that I have arisen as I have had no luck with previous staff as jobs in my home haven’t been carried out since last year. I rang the company and Lacey answered with a professional manner Lacey listened and understood my concerns that needed be done. She has made such an effort to sort the situation out in my home I also contacted Lacey today to query something I was unsure off due to no communication from the other staff member but Lacey bless her got back to me and reassured me with the sernario which put me at ease. I can’t thank Lacey enough she is a great asset to the Butters John Bee team as she shows compassion within her role even though I have only spoken to her and not met her in person you can tell she wants to make people’s experience the best way possible. Once again I want to say a massive thank you to you Lacey much appreciated.

We were guided through the process as first time landlords from to start to finish, and all was brilliantly managed with everything required to get us over the line.
7th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I would avoid at all costs when leasing a commercial property. They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.
