Natasha was very professional & friendly, explaining both the pros & the cons, so we would highly recommend Tor Estates to anyone with a property in the area.

22nd May 2025 (21 days ago)We had Nick from Wilkie May & Tuckwood around to value our house in Cannington. He was very positive about our house and we agreed on the value. He then gave us breathing time to decide what we wanted to do. Then 2 days later we rang them and agreed to let Wilkie May & Tuckwood market our house. They did some great photos and presented the details to a high standard. Once it was on the market they would ring every other day to tell us if people were showing interest in our property. Then on the first viewing a young couple said they wanted to make an offer which was a little under the asking price. But because they were first time buyers and had no property to sell. We accepted their offer. From being to end Nick and Jeremy were excellent in putting us first and making sure we were happy. They both kept saying we work for you and we want to make the selling of your lovely house something to remember a happy smooth sell. They were true to their word. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 29th May 2025 (14 days ago)The small Sandersons Wells team worked incredibly hard and professionally to sell our property in a difficult market. Alex Relf was our main contact but Kate and Sonja were always there on those few occasions when she was not available. Phone calls and emails were always followed up promptly. Once a buyer was secured they and their colleagues in Kent persevered to overcome the peccadillos of the chain with patience and diplomacy. Yes we would certainly recommend Sandersons Wells and indeed have already done so.

We dealt with Brandon on the initial valuation, were he explained the services that Hewlett Homes provided and why he thought the property should be listed at the value it was. Brandon was also there when the photographer came to take the photos. When the photos were ready, Brandon sent them through with an outline of the photos that he proposed to use and the property description. We recommended some changes which were taken onboard. When it was time for viewings we were sent emails confirming date and time and that Damian would be conducting the viewing. Just prior to the viewing, Damian came round to see the property and the items to highlight. I spoke with Becky a couple of times, who was also very professional. We would highly recommend Hewlett Homes if you are considering selling in the Weston-super-Mare area.

Communication before, during and after was excellent, and the team were lovely, which is what you need when dealing with the stress of moving house! They turned up at the time that was agreed and were fully equipped for the job. They treated all my belongings with respect, as well as taking care when manoeuvring around tight corners and up and down the stairs. They went above and beyond to help with my move, ensuring that everything was unloaded into the correct rooms and didn’t leave until I was happy that everything was where it was supposed to be. The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies. They provided a top quality service for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend House of Jackson as a removal service and will definitely be using them for all moves in the future. Thank you Luke, Marcus and Brandon!
