21st Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through SWF and, although the process took longer than anticipated due to the buyer delaying, the team remained positive and encouraging throughout. From the outset, David was very courteous and helpful when he valued the property, and then Michelle and Jane inspired confidence and were a pleasure to deal with as they navigated the sale.

8th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Sophie, Anthony and YourMove were INSTRUMENTAL in our house move process. We used YourMove for selling our property which sold within days of being listed! Their services didn’t end there though, YourMove did everything and anything in their power to chase our buyers solicitors when all other parties in the chain were unable to do so and the buyers solicitor went radio silent. Nothing was too much to ask of the team at YourMove and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to family and friends! They were worth every single penny ????

Since our has has been on the market with Connells Wolverhampton, we’ve had several people come to view our house, telling us that the YourMove estate agents in Perton had told them negative and disparaging things about our house - seemingly in an attempt to put people off buying our property - as they have a similarly priced and very comparable property literally around the corner / one street away from ours. The ‘icing on the cake’ is finding out that the lady who was meant to be buying our house has now bought theirs instead - on the same day. When my wife rang up to tell them that three separate people had told us about the comments YourMove Perton had made about our house, we were told that they doubt anyone in their branch would do such a thing - so are they suggesting we are lying? It doesn’t speak very positively about their business and professionalism when they have to insult and criticise other local houses, in a desperate bid to secure a sale on the three bedroom semi of theirs that they are selling. Professionalism is non-existent. Although, it makes it more amusing that after they valued ours, they were practically begging us to list with them! But suddenly, they’re putting off every potential buyer of a three bedroom semi in the Bilbrook/Codsal area of our property. Highly unethical, immoral and unprofessional - you should be ashamed.

Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.

6th Jan 2025 (12 days ago)The sale of my Uncles Property completed recently and I can only commend Michelle and the team at Davis White and Perry for the professional manner in which it was conducted . The process was conducted with minimal intervention by myself as Michelle arranged and accompanied all viewings and a site visit from the surveyor . I was informed of every development and given advice from valuation to completion and received excellent service from a local company with expert knowledge of the locality and market .

I highly recommend Harding Green. I came across them when looking to rent a flat and I found everyone extremely helpful and efficient. Thanks to Enis Erhan we were able to secure the flat we really wanted and they were always transparent during the whole process which is very important.

19th Dec 2024 (30 days ago)Avoid this company! They attempted to take our entire deposit falsely claiming damages that did not exist, as well as fabricating other issues to justify withholding the deposit. We received minimal communication from Waseem during this process which was very stressful and left us in the dark. We were forced to claim our deposit via DPS which was a lengthily process leaving us out of pocket for months. Their failure to submit evidence in response to our claim shows that the claims to our deposit lacked merit and appeared to be an attempt to retain the deposit for a longer period.
