3rd May 2024 (2 days ago)Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
10th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

27th Dec 2019 (4 years ago)We rented with TW properties a couple of years back in a fully managed block and they were brilliant- we had a couple of issues but everything was sorted ASAP. When we moved out property was inspected and full deposit back within a week or two.

They have answered all my questions and helped me know when an acceptable offer was made on the house. Lisa always kept in contact on a regular basis to let me know how any viewings went and to update me on the progress of the sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who was looking to sell in the Tonbridge area.
11th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Simply awful! Communication, pro-activity and engagement was the worst I've ever experienced by far. Constantly routed to voicemail when trying to get in touch and calls frequently not returned. On raising this as a complaint, since I was concerned that this would be the would-be buyer experience also, I was told that if potential buyers were really interested they would persist and keep calling until they got through! At that point, I gave up and really felt that for whatever reason they had zero interest in selling my property at all.
