As first time buyers, the helped guide us through the process, were informative, and also very accommodating with facilitating multiple viewings of our now home. Milly was great at keeping both buyer and seller side updated on progress, and would chase both sides when bumps in the road occurred. Highly recommend! Thanks.

She was professional to deal with and supportive throughout our purchase and really went above and beyond as the go-between our vendor, us, other parities of the chain and the legal teams. Dan was always available for questions and queries, despite the home owner living abroad they made the process painless and efficient. There were several complications outside of our / sellers control which were all dealt with quickly. Communication was good throughout and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to work with.

She is experienced and very responsive and is proactive in finding solutions to any tenancy concerns before they become an issue.

Particularly outstanding were Hector, Stuart and Anthony (Who has now retired). It was worth every penny of the fee and I couldn't be more grateful.

Long experience in the area, an excellent understanding of the market and the importance of personal service make them a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble.

I found the two agents Katy and Lauren who were my contacts in the property I purchased, accessible, very communicative and took initiative when I needed it the most. I would highly recommend them.

Our viewing was carried out by Stuart and was the most relaxed and client-centred viewing we have ever had. Then following the acceptance of our offer Lucy took the reins and what could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier thanks to Lucy. She did the chasing, the phoning around and kept us at ease throughout. Thank you to everyone at Platform Property.
1st Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Natalie was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t consider using any other agent. Natalie had our house sold within 10 days of going on the market. The marketing and photos were great, she conducted loads of viewings and always sent an update the moment the viewers left. Her communication was second to none, I don’t think I ever waited more than 15 minutes for her to reply to an email and she always answered the phone. We really struggled finding an onward property and Natalie and Bradley gave us loads of advice to help us find a new home from offers to survey findings. Their communication was always straight forward and honest, they are certainly not your average agents. She wasn’t just amazing at getting our home under offer she also pursued progressing the chain wholeheartedly. She used her wealth of legal experience to help us move things along and unblock any barriers to progress. Absolutely fantastic agents, I would, and do, recommend them to anyone and will absolutely be back when our next sale comes around. Thank you both

No pressure and tricks that some other agents use. He also helped us out with a few "moving in" formalities (which he didn't have to do), which we are grateful for. We are very happy with our new home and highly recommend Steve & Bardens Estates.

He regularly kept in touch to support us with problems in the chain. Nothing was too much trouble and he is easy to talk to and very honest. Would highly recommend him for selling your property.
7th Nov 2024 (18 weeks ago)I recently dealt with Doorknobs in connection with a new tenancy (as tenant) and have had nothing but positive interactions with them. Lucy Black dealt with the viewing and the letting and was friendly, proactive and a pleasure to deal with throughout. She responded quickly and, I felt, struck a perfect balance between managing her client’s interests as landlord and also my interests as tenant. Jodie Walker has just carried out a maintenance inspection of the flat and was also friendly and professional. She worked around my availability and quickly and correctly identified issues that needed to be addressed from the landlord’s perspective. So, I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Doorknobs.
