13th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)I have recently sold a couple of Holiday chalets in Park Resorts Camber. Nigel Anderson was recommended to me. I am so grateful, Nigel keeps in constant touch, with all involved buyers and solicitors He surveyed the chalets, advertised them in property magazines. He personally takes prospective buyers round chalets. He has sold all we had at reasonable prices. I found him to be very honest and respectful and a very nice person . Who I would highly recommend. 28th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Would highly recommend. We recently purchased a property from Savills. Sarah Hunt went above and beyond to assist in getting the sale through very quickly. Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really big thank you for helping is buy the house of our dreams.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Of all the Estate Agents that we contacted to sell our home, Sarah from Hobbs Parker in Tenterden presented a calm and, as it turned out, accurate valuation. The following weeks saw a thoroughly professional, but friendly and helpful process from Sarah, Sue and Helen. Once we had a buyer, Helen looked after us every step of the way and we felt that we were very closely supported throughout our first move in 40 years. Thank you Hobbs Parker, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

It was a very stressful time selling up and moving away from Hastings but from the moment I started working with Just Property in Hastings, everything fell into place. Austin took beautiful photos and everyone involved with the sale, worked hard to arrange viewings and to complete on the sale. A huge thank you to Kyle Logan for being amazing from the moment I walked into the office and said “Help I need to sell my flat” right up until I handed my keys over. He helped keep me calm, worked to find me the perfect buyer and really supported me through a very stressful time. Thanks to him I now live in a dream house in Kent and also know that my buyer is very happy in her flat in Hastings.- 3rd Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)They are a great team and nice people. However, they are not salespeople. I would recommend that that sales training is required to articulate things to the potential buyers. We felt that the right potential buyers visited our property and the agency did not push enough to reach the people.

The office is lovely as is Karen,a star and a credit to the company. Keep on being yourselves...your industry,nay the whole country,needs professionals like you. Big up Abbott and Abbott. We will leave Bexhill-on-Sea but companies like Abbott and Abbott and Donaldson and Dunstall (solicitors)make you want to stay.
