Always on the end of the phone to reassure and give his invaluable advice. Ben kept us is the loop throughout and went above and beyond. His calm, kind manner is what you need when moving house he made the process so easy. It was a pleasure,, Thanks to Ben we were able to purchase our dream home.

Also listened to our needs for our new home and were patient while we found the right house. The moving process was managed without fault, special thanks to Jon and Jason that dealt with the process. We will certainly use Fulfords again next time we move.
25th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)Having had several viewings last week with Bi from Connells Estate Agents Newton Abbot, i was extremely happy with her professionalism and knowledge about the properties i was viewing, her local knowledge was extremely good to as i had travelled over 400 miles to view the properties and had no idea of the area that i am moving to, i must say this lady is a credit to Connells, also i must recommend Connells for keeping in touch with me and sending me many possible houses to view, i have registered with many estate agents in the area and have been disappointed with them as i have had very few viewing opportunities. This is why i gave Connells 5 stars for excellent service and highly recommended them.

No idea on how to help us sell our home, on the market for 10 months. We ended up going to external company for advice, after that we sold our home within 2 weeks. Stay away from these cowboys
11th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
