The team’s professionalism, experience and friendly and prompt communication all helped to make a typically stressful experience so much less so. 14th May 2025 (30 days ago)Bought our house through Bradley’s and I can’t recommend them more, it’s been such an easy process for us from start to finish and being first time buyers we had no idea but Debbie and the Paignton team have been amazing! The communication has been really good, I have never struggled to get through to any of them and even had responses out of office hours! Can’t thank them enough!

6th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Compared to two other local agents Staggs were the only agent to ask us what we thought about the value of our property and they worked with us. The other agents assumed a position of knowing what was best without asking our view. They both valued our property a lot less than Staggs and made a mockery of their so called expertise.

From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo

Mike’s valuation was spot on- ensuring a flurry of viewings, quickly securing a ‘proceedable’ buyer and an offer very close to asking price was negotiated. Our chain was complicated and at times fragile but Callum and Ashley deftly navigated it for us. The whole team was professional and proactive throughout.
9th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)STAY CLEAR FROM HERE THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES they promised us that with a guarantor our bad credit wouldn't matter just so they could keep our holding fee absolute horrible company don't fall for there tricks , my wife became very sick after dealing with these crooks, every bit of information that we knew about which was most was revealed to them and after they convincing us with a guarantor this couldn't happen they still kept it , legal action is the only way you will get your money bk We have been through the complaint procedure with no success this is exactly what you want people to do when there homeless or nearly homeless you do this and hope people will roll over lie and more lies
