13th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)Paul kept in contact with all the time ,advising me on the best way to show my house , arranged a fantastic photographer who took amazing pictures , arranged a solicitor , I didn’t really have to do very much just get house ready for viewing , which made a stressful time a lot easier when you have someone who knows what they are doing and the best way for me , the seller and also my buyer to see the house at its best Would easily recommend David Ball Agencies to anyone wanting to sell is buy their house
25th Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)Confident but not arrogant agent. Good knowledge of the area and was able to until confidence in me that she will do all she can to sell the property. Once on the market she arranged viewings very quickly, making me feel confident she is pushing my house to buyers and making it noticed. She provided good advice and guidance about offers leading to an asking price within and a bit above my expectations. She is proactive in the process of the sale now and I feel confident in her driving the sale to completion. Only draw back is the fee which is higher than all other agencies.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.
10th Apr 2025 (10 days ago)Three viewings were booked immediately the house was put on the market. The first person to view was the person who bought the house,which sold in three days at the full asking price.

Throughout the whole process, they have been professional, efficient, helpful and caring, something which was appreciated as we know that moving house can be daunting. They have gone over and above in terms of arranging viewings, providing additional information and ensuring that I understood the next steps. There was a personal touch with the same person keeping me updated, providing regular updates and clear information. I have moved to a lovely area and I loved the house on the first viewing. I would recommend using Silverspring. Whilst they provide the same quality of service as larger Estate Agents, including compliance with regulations, what I really appreciated was having the same person contact me throughout and always being available when I called. For me, at a time of change and uncertainty, they were reliable, supportive and professional and this helped me find the whole process much easier.
