The communication and updates were excellent, from when we were viewing properties at the beginning and then when we had an offer accepted we received the same level of service all the way through. We would use them in the future.

They looked after the process totally and gave me some sage advice particularly when one buyer pulled out. I must give a shout out to Angela Hunsdon who was a pleasure to deal with she always kept me informed as to what was happening at all times and Ian Osborne who talked me through the whole process.

A complicated sale involving multiple parties, probate etc but Dan was calm, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. Kindness, patience and always quick to respond to any queries. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
