After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Claire was the Property Consultant we dealt with throughout the process and communication was great - we never had to chase her for anything. She was quick to respond to questions and requests and always kept us updated with progress along the way. Upon completion when we went to pick up the keys, we received a ‘new home’ gift which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend to others and would consider using if we were to sell in the future. Thank you!

They’ve made the usually very stressful process much easier, their communication has been A* and they’re a very lovely bunch of people. Can’t recommend them enough!

Viewings straight away sale agreed 15th august communication fantastic as they contacted solicitors both mine and buyer so I received constant updates. Always answer phone unlike other Ingelby agents. Sale completed 27th Sept so 40 days down to hard work and good communication and commitment Thank you all ????

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

6th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely horrific experience dealing with Horizon. I can only liken the experienced to be mugged at knifepoint (which I have). They provided literally no service and decided that they should get paid for it, from my hard earned money. I wholeheartedly disagree!! If I pay for a service I should have something to show for it. Trying to discuss the "mugging" with them was even worse as once cash was in hand, they ignored all phone calls and emails despite violating their own contract. I echo others' statements of "do not pay a sourcing fee". From my experience completely unprofessional, uncaring and money grabbing, whilst we've been left with nothing.
