14th Oct 2025 (9 weeks ago)Tried selling a flat with them and it was a drawn out and painful process. It lasted more than a year before it fell through. Going with their contractors and solicitors was the biggest mistakes I made in the sale. I thought if I went with their recommendations, they will facilitate the process, but no. One was dishonest and the other one completely incompetent. Stuart Edward was initially responsive, but then when run into problems months down the line, Lindsey stopped answering calls and the boss Stuart did not call back when messages left. I was left on my own to deal with all the technicality and mess. It was so horrible and stressful, I do not wish it on anyone. Two stars was being very generous as they were ok initially. I went with them because I wanted to support family business. Never again.

31st Jan 2024 (1 year ago)What can I say, Parker Stag, Martin and his team are amazing. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

13th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)When I instructed selective they were honest on price, the promotion of our home was good and viewings came through the door. Their communication was really good and we accepted an offer. We then had a delay on the sale through no fault of selective or ourselves, this delay felt like a life time, through all of this kaitlan and the rest of the team were there to support us. They chased for information, kept up in the loop all the way and listened to us. I was never ignored. All of the Redcar team were outstanding with an extra special mention to kaitlan, in sales progression, calm, professional and very kind. Luke thank you for listening to us rant and allowing us the time to do this another compassionate and kind team member. If you are selling your home, use Selective, excellent fixed price, excellent service but most of all wonderful, kind and compassionate staff. Thank you all

4th Nov 2025 (6 weeks ago)I just want to give a massive shoutout to the incredible team at Horizon Sales and Lettings. I’m not based in London and have a property portfolio in Middlesbrough — what I love about Horizon is that they’re truly a one-stop shop. They handle everything: maintenance, landlord certificates, refurbishments — you name it. There was a major incident at one of my properties on McBean Street, and before I was even aware of the situation, the Horizon team had already gone out, dealt with it professionally, and kept everything under control. That’s the level of care and initiative they bring. Martin, one of the managers, is absolutely amazing, and my account manager Victoria is fantastic. Honestly, if I were managing things myself, it would’ve taken me five hours to get from London to Middlesbrough to sort it out — but with Horizon, I didn’t have to lift a finger. What really sets them apart is their honesty and transparency. In an industry where some agents can take advantage of landlords who live far away, Horizon are the complete opposite. They’re genuine, fair, and professional — a true benchmark for the industry. I wish them continued success and hope they expand their team and open more branches — especially in London! We need more companies like Horizon Sales and Lettings.

13th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)I’m big on passive income and always on the lookout for good assets, and Let Property honestly surprised me. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.

10th Dec 2025 (6 days ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!
