4th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Up to the point when you sign your letting contract and pay move in fees communication is good and agents are helpful. As soon as you sign on the line they can't be bothered. Emails do not get answered Phone calls do not get returned Repairs take weeks to complete My daughter moved out of her flat a month ago. To date we still have been unable to retrieve property the agents insisted on being locked in a room. Multiple emails and phone calls to get our deposit back go unanswered and we are now having to open a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to have our money returned. This is so unnecessary and could all be avoided if they would just reply to an email or return a phone.

9th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days
10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Difficult to find using Google Maps...always lead back to Terminal 3. Better to put in postcode via Waze. Kenny of Budget was very helpful and understanding. The rental car Peugoet 2008 is a good car for a long distance driving.
10th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)This agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!

15th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company. 20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri. 22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed. 23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement 25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation. 28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer. 5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received. 8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply. I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging. They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!
18th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)The whole Staines branch were fantastic, in particular Spencer who conducted most of the viewings, he was able to give me immediate feedback on first impressions of potential buyers, a very charismatic person who engages people well! Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!

6th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)After having experienced problems with other estate agents in the area I remember saying to Nimi how nice it was dealing with her. She was always happy and welcoming on the phone and in person which was a lovely change from the others that I won’t mention. I ended up buying from redwoods and was very impressed with the service I received through out the purchase. My purchase was long and troublesome due to problems with my buyer. I spoke to Nimi so much over this time that I’d now go as far to say that id consider her as a friend and would definitely drop in to say hi if I was passing the office. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nimi and redwoods to anyone looking for a good estate agent in the area.

Oscar was very professional, but also upfront and honest on all levels, he also seemed to have a 6th sense about prospective buyers and his advice always worked out to be the best. The charges are excellent and I highly recommend Ewemove !
3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben

1st Apr 2024 (28 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
