Amazing throughout the process of putting my flat on the market, extremely responsive and cordial, got me a great tenant at a great price. Also, only a few weeks after tenants moved in and I actually moved abroad, a nightmare freak accident happened at my property that required extensive repair. As mentioned, I live abroad but Landmark were there and handled it all immediately. If they were not there, I would not have been able to do anything. Can’t ask for better service! Would give 50 stars if I could.

22nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)During a difficult and challenging sale process Paige and Jamie offered great support. Went above and beyond to get to the end of the deal. We have alot of respect for Paige who came and discussed specific challenges face to face rather than simply email or by phone.
20th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Bunch of unprofessional racist guys specially a guy called Liam who doesn't have a clue of his job. Rented a flat in Sunbury at Priscilla House Flat 11. The place was supposed to be renovated but from day one the flooring was popping out.The cheapest boiler was installed which broke down every week and for the past two years was never repaired.Suddenly one day there was a leak in the bathroom and we and my sister cleaned it. Next day a plumber attended and was shocked to see WE ALIVE!!!!!!!as there has been a LIVE WIRE underneath the bathtub for the past Two years. Upon questioning the agency they and the owner gave a notice to leave the place without any explanation. Now the agency is holding our deposit back of £1445.00 and bulling us into paying for new renovation. It's been now more then 3 weeks they holding our deposit which is illegal as per the UK LAW Pleas think twice before doing business with such frauds.

11th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our property purchase experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We initially were made to believe we were entering a straightforward quick purchase transaction with no chain involved. They also asked us to pay them commission to get our offer accepted by the seller, which is extremely cheap and unprofessional..! Shortly before exchange, the seller unexpectedly added complications by bringing in multiple delays and suddenly creating a chain. This caused considerable disruption and uncertainty for us... For well over 3 months. During the process, we felt pressured to complete the purchase and accommodate the seller's unconventional requests, including a leaseback arrangement with an open timeline for his move-out. We were also concerned about veiled threats related to our mortgage. We believe these actions were motivated by factors beyond standard business practices. We are particularly troubled by the estate agent's involvement in suggesting such an unusual rental arrangement, especially considering the seller's previous false accusations against us with the police and seller's own family supporting us with complete respect and being apologetic for the seller's untrue behaviours. We trust that our experience will open the eyes of people to make optimal decisions in their property matters.

As a current Landlord, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with the Letting manager and owner to reduce the headache that comes with being a Landlord. Great people and great service.

20th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

When it comes to your deposit, he has his own friends in cleaning and furniture etc businesses and so he tries his best to squeeze as much of your deposit as possible. Please be careful.

28th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I would give 0 stars at this point moved in before Christmas and we still haven’t been told rent or any bills what so ever which is gonna leave anyone in debt who lives here aswell every tenant in my building is unhappy with the service of galaxy the building is amazing but the service help and staff is utterly awful also not to mention the fact that when I was calling 35mins before they shut there was 2 staff members in there and they were ignoring the phone absolutely disgusting and disrespectful be careful choosing these guys don’t get stuck in the same situation as myself

Their up front consultation shows their in-depth understanding of the local and national market and the supportive end-to-end service helped drive through the process swiftly. Imagine, I’ve been raving to everyone about how wonderful my estate agent is. Imagine that?! Don’t bother with anyone else, just go here for an honest and highly effective service. This is a special team.
