20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Bunch of unprofessional racist guys specially a guy called Liam who doesn't have a clue of his job. Rented a flat in Sunbury at Priscilla House Flat 11. The place was supposed to be renovated but from day one the flooring was popping out.The cheapest boiler was installed which broke down every week and for the past two years was never repaired.Suddenly one day there was a leak in the bathroom and we and my sister cleaned it. Next day a plumber attended and was shocked to see WE ALIVE!!!!!!!as there has been a LIVE WIRE underneath the bathtub for the past Two years. Upon questioning the agency they and the owner gave a notice to leave the place without any explanation. Now the agency is holding our deposit back of £1445.00 and bulling us into paying for new renovation. It's been now more then 3 weeks they holding our deposit which is illegal as per the UK LAW Pleas think twice before doing business with such frauds.

11th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Our property purchase experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We initially were made to believe we were entering a straightforward quick purchase transaction with no chain involved. They also asked us to pay them commission to get our offer accepted by the seller, which is extremely cheap and unprofessional..! Shortly before exchange, the seller unexpectedly added complications by bringing in multiple delays and suddenly creating a chain. This caused considerable disruption and uncertainty for us... For well over 3 months. During the process, we felt pressured to complete the purchase and accommodate the seller's unconventional requests, including a leaseback arrangement with an open timeline for his move-out. We were also concerned about veiled threats related to our mortgage. We believe these actions were motivated by factors beyond standard business practices. We are particularly troubled by the estate agent's involvement in suggesting such an unusual rental arrangement, especially considering the seller's previous false accusations against us with the police and seller's own family supporting us with complete respect and being apologetic for the seller's untrue behaviours. We trust that our experience will open the eyes of people to make optimal decisions in their property matters.
17th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Contact has primarily been with Ian who has been excellent. Good local knowledge and with a shop front in Whitton High Street. The whole team are very personable and their systems are setup well to keep the seller informed of viewings. When it came to an offer we were quite quickly able to come to an agreement and anticipate a smooth process through to completion. To be recommended.

25th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)When are you going to refund the deposit? Your staff told us that the deposit should be refunded last month. Never trust this company! Everyone should totally avoid this company. Update: David is so rude, you asked us to stop emailing you. We have to post here to get your response. You charged us almost £700 cleaning service fee to 1 little bedroom flat. Come on, you and landlord sharply increase rental rates and required to renovate the old bathroom when we were living there, you caused most problems. We rather donate £700 to charities and won’t pay even 1 penny to you! Please stop making up stories, just refund our deposit, we don’t even want to see your name again…

However, in my admittedly limited experience, it depends on the individual, rather than the estate agent brand. At Dexters we experienced some great individuals who were proactive and great to deal with. We also experienced individuals at the other end of the scale.

10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Difficult to find using Google Maps...always lead back to Terminal 3. Better to put in postcode via Waze. Kenny of Budget was very helpful and understanding. The rental car Peugoet 2008 is a good car for a long distance driving.

3rd Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.
6th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

Their up front consultation shows their in-depth understanding of the local and national market and the supportive end-to-end service helped drive through the process swiftly.
