31st Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Chloe and Elisha, what was a very tricky legal situation was made considerably easier with their excellent communication. I would highly recommend.
29th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

They put my rent up 3 x in 18 months by £175 WITHOUT the landlord knowing who is actually disgusted with them herself . Because of this I've handed in my months notice and Northwood are trying every trick in the book not to refund my rent owed and deposit. Do not rent from northwood

10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)I arranged a property viewing with them, arrived before the scheduled time, and no one was there. To make matters worse, they tried to claim that I was late, even though I was early. This company is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I will never use their services again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Total waste of time.

This is the second time Alastair Saville Estate Agents have sold a property for us & we would not hesitate to go to them again. They are so professional, hard working, helpful - always ensuring you are aware of what's happening & what the next steps are. We dealt directly with Anne-Marie who is so reliable, knowledgeable, supportive, approachable & nothing is too much trouble. The entire team are fantastic & we cannot thank them enough. They are a credit to the business of Estate Agents. Amazing. Thank you so very much.

The company that took the photos were very professional.They were always contactable if we needed any advice and got back to us with an answer either via email or phone call within the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.
15th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)Highly recommended! Ben, Mike and Rob were of great help and support whilst going through the selling process with them earlier this year. From the first valuation visit and photos, through lots of problems and issues caused by 'the other side', to exchange day nightmares with my solicitors, these guys were amazing! Estate agents get a pretty bad rep but I have nothing but good things to say about Leaders Warrington - and Ben, Mike and Rob in particular. They are a huge asset to the company! They will certainly be my first choice of agents should we ever come back to Warrington and buy a house.

29th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Awful experience. Zero communication and when we did call them, the information we received was incorrect. They admitted to us that the office was 'not performing' and 'dropping the ball'.. We revised the plan and proposed updates to the house listing details, which they only partially completed, INCORRECTLY. I called them this morning to remove the listing and to tell them we would use another agent. Their response? 'Ok'. They did not bother to ask why, or try and retain us as customers. Lazy, unprofessional and absolutely shocking service. Absolutely avoid.

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
