Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.
31st Aug 2020 (3 years ago)This company has been managing 3 properties for me for 7 years. They are efficient and reliable and easy to communicate to. I would not trust anybody else to look after my properties and would highly recommend them.

28th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Do not rent a house or flat from this agency if you are a student or a foreigner. They don't return the deposit money, they disturb you every day, they send emails every day, and they destroy your privacy. If you don't use the cleaning company that owns by john&co, they will charge you by force and rubbing your money. If you ask for help related to flat or if there is a problem, they don't answer you and pass each other. Their employees are very liars.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

22nd Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Gareth Kervin has been working on my case and he was nothing short of amazing. I was unfairly dismissed at a large international company and I reached out to a number of lawyers in London who told me that either they didn’t want to take the time to investigate or I didn’t have a case. Gareth was the only one who listened carefully. From the very beginning, he was genuine, professional and commercially considerate. Throughout the savvy negotiation that he was leading, he supported me from all perspectives. In addition, he negotiated for the employer to pay his fees when I thought that we have already exhausted all the options. I am deeply grateful for the outcome and how it was handled and I give him my highest recommendations.

Tom and his team are great to work with and their fees are far more reasonable than other ‘household’ names in the business. Who says you need to pay more for a personal touch? Highly recommended to any homeowner looking to become a landlord.
