I dealt with a young man called Harrison who was professional and genuine throughout the whole sales experience: He kept us constantly updated as to the progress and even bought us a bottle of champagne when we completed. He went the extra mile ! Definitely recommend

10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)From the start Carlos Riveros has been a wonderful help and support in both buying and selling our property.He is also very well versed at dealing with property management companies .When there were obstacles Carlos was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm approach gave me the confidence that he would get the job done – and he did! I would highly recommend him.

On all briefs he has gone above and beyond to provide options, clarity and transparency and ultimately delivered just what we wanted. He is the only agent that 1. I would trust, 2. That always delivers. Highly recommended for commercial property searches and negotiations.

Between the time changes, paperwork, etc Gracie was focused and patient. She even helped us with simple information on where to find home goods and grocery stores. Sean (Lettings Department) is particularly knowledgeable and is always on hand to advise. They have also, over the years, been able to recommend some very reasonable and reliable tradespeople which has been very helpful.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
