Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

On all briefs he has gone above and beyond to provide options, clarity and transparency and ultimately delivered just what we wanted. He is the only agent that 1. I would trust, 2. That always delivers. Highly recommended for commercial property searches and negotiations.

Since selling our property Daniella Broadfield has ensured such effective and timely communication with myself and husband over the past few weeks. Not a single thing has seemed to much trouble for her, from endless amounts of emails and phone calls, she has been there to respond quickly and talk us through any worries. 29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. Nobody enjoys the process of moving, dealing with the chaos of making offers and counter-offers for properties, encountering agents who are either dishonest or evade the truth, or being subjected to considerable stress and pressure. This agency is the stark contrast to all of that. This agency, along with its staff, has been extraordinarily helpful, patient, and most notably, refreshingly straightforward and honest. I will always rely on them in the future, as I felt completely trustworthy throughout the entire process and believed that they were genuinely collaborating with me to discover the best solutions to my dilemma. Speaking of dilemmas, they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my specific situation, which required me to be referenced and approved to move within a two-day period. They accomplished this by working extra hours, liaising with multiple agencies and banks, among others, all while doing so in the most supportive manner. To anyone facing the daunting task of finding a new home, especially under tight constraints or challenging circumstances, I wholeheartedly recommend this estate agency. A happily settled London lessee ????

One person in particular went above and beyond in many ways to help my partner and I land our dream flat. We owe Nicola a massive thank you. She cared to REALLY understand what we needed, communicated and negotiated on our behalf and made herself available on WhatsApp even in her own time, late in the evening. We have worked with many estate agents and Nicola is head and shoulders above each of them; persisting to leave both tenants and landlords heard and happy. Nicola is a credit to Foxtons and is what an estate agent should be.
