3rd Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Was dealing with Ben Abrau from Bridgfords when looking for rental property. Very pleasant and welcoming agent, pleasure to do business with. Not pressuring into making decision and listening for my needs. Would recommend him any time.

A good friend recomended Richard Kendal as a reliable and proffessional company, this was entirely validated through the excellent service I experienced from their Pontefract branch. Amanda Dyson who coordinated the presentation and sale of my home, kept me well informed with information and updates throughout the process, being reassuring and professional at all times. Viewings came quickly and in less than two months a sale was agreed, completion also following in good time. My thanks to everyone at Richard Kendal whose services I totally recomend. John Makinson
5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STRUCTURAL SURVEYS! Paid for a full survey for my home, not simply a valuation survey. Failed to note anywhere on the report that a load bearing wall had been removed without support in the kitchen, requiring thousands in building work to rectify. I would have serious doubts about the competency of this firm on this basis. A builder was able to confirm within seconds that the load bearing wall had been removed with only visual checks so a chartered surveyor should have no excuses. They might be very friendly but leave you with an unsafe house, so be warned.- 19th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.

20th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)The decision to use Murphy Property Agents to sell my house, was an easy one to make. On the initial visit Jody explained everything clearly and concisely, and I immediately felt at ease and knew that I trusted him to sell my house and get the best price he could. The timescale from first valuation visit to my house being photographed and listed on the internet was a matter of DAYS! Jody did every viewing for me, chased viewers for feedback and forwarded that onto me immediately. My house sold within just TWO weeks (to a lady who first viewed it on the very day it went live on the internet), and I believe that to be down to the care, attention and advice given by the agent. I would have no hesitation using Murphy Property Agents in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property! Thank you for everything.
