They managed my rental property with absolute professionalism for 20 years, and they were the natural choice when it came time to sell. The transition from the rental side to the sales team was seamless, and they handled the recent sale with the same care and expertise I’ve come to expect. A special thank you goes to Sam on the rental side who is brilliant at sorting things out quickly, and Keegan on the sales side for great feedback!
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)The team at Karen Ritchie made the process of selling our house as stress free as it could possibly be by promptly responding to all our phone calls, e mails and concerns etc. Their experience in selling houses was invaluable and very reassuring (we've since discovered that this is not always the case with a lot of estate agents). I mainly dealt with Darryl and Liz, they were extremely helpful and supportive, handling viewings and appointments supporting me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Whole team, Michelle, Amy, Andrea gave honest advice, marketed the property well, and achieved a great result with completion within 8 weeks. The process was efficient, and issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. A trustworthy and proactive team - highly recommend ??
7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Vastly over valued the property. Even with a reduction, the asking price was to high resulting in no viewings. The property was taken down for no reason. We had to travel to the office to get any answers as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full. Nobody could tell us what had happened, but a few local houses were also removed from Rightmove for no reason, took a week to get them back online....and then it happened again a few weeks later.We actually had someone knock on the door as they had spent three days trying to arrange a viewing, but as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message.....nothing ever gets done.
24th Feb 2026 (25 days ago)We recently bought our new home through Belvoir. Based on that experience, when we were ready to sell our previous home Belvoir was the obvious choice. They have made the whole experience of selling our home completely stress-free. Our house sold in less than two weeks! All the staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were kept updated all the way through the entire process. We can't thank Belvoir enough, and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for both selling or buying a property.

6th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t praise Leaders enough. Mike the Manager and his team from Warrington branch were outstanding. They were fantastic at keeping me updated. It wasn’t a 9-5 service. Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He always offered to help in anyway he could and gave us useful information on the journey and what to expect. From start to finish with solicitors it felt stressful but never with Jonathan. He went above and beyond your regular “customer service”. The little gesture at the end when we got the keys was a nice finish touch with a photo got the memories we are about to begin! Thanks Ewe Move and more importantly Jonathan Davies we will keep you updated on our progress. Thanks again. ????????
