Ash in lettings was so helpful through the renting process and communication from Victoria was excellent whilst we were selling. Would highly recommend!

25th May 2026 (26 days ago)Highly recommend Burns and Reid Estate Agents. Been with them for nearly 5 years. Chris Owen and his team were great to work with. Very patient and understanding. Should I need their assistance in the future, I will definitely be visiting them again. Top service always!!
4th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I have just bought a house using entwistle green. I dealt with Holly Newman, Andrew Gutzu and Lucia. They were all extremely helpful throughout the process from booking my initial appointment to view the property to chasing solicitors on both sides to keep me updated and overall giving me the information I needed. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their home and will definitely use them in the future if I look to buy or sell.

The owners and staff are genuinely approachable, respectful, and committed to providing an excellent service to their clients. Communication is always clear, and they maintain high standards in everything they do. It’s refreshing to work alongside a business that values both its customers and the people they work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

Right from the start, the way they presented and marketed our home was first class — it really stood out, and that made all the difference. The whole team were brilliant: proactive with their communication, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. A couple of people deserve a particular mention. Georgina did a great job negotiating the deal — calm, sharp, and clearly working hard to get us the best possible result. And Michelle was superb at progressing the transaction, staying on top of every detail and keeping everything moving smoothly through to completion. If you're after an estate agent who'll genuinely look after you , we'd happily recommend Moving Works. Five stars.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

8th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. It was a terrible experience.
