2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

Darryl came to value my property and advertised it for me with an amazing write up and photos, including a drone picture and a video. He was so helpful all the way through from start to finish. They acheived the best price for me and I had no end of viewings.<br>100% recommend

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

They also accommodated me for viewings giving me a chance to get there. The process of buying a property through Moving Works is very smooth and extremely well organised. I find all members of staff very friendly and professional. Should I ever be in a position to sell a property in the future, Georgina and staff will be my first port of call. I can highly recommend!

19th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I don't normally write reviews, but based on the very negative experience i have had marketing my property with Sell Well, i thought i would write this to make future sellers aware of what to expect.<br><br>The only positives i can say for Sell Well, were the video tour they do as part of the online marketing and their fees are lower than their competition.<br><br>in terms of the negatives, there are many.<br><br>Poor communication throughout - This includes a lack of feedback post viewings. I often only received feedback after i chased them.<br><br>No single point of contact for my property meaning i got different information on viewings and offers depending on who i spoke to.<br><br>No contact to inform me a viewing was cancelled. I only found out when i rang them.<br><br>On a separate occasion I was told a viewing was cancelled. Later that afternoon, I received an alert from my house alarm that someone had entered my property. At the time I was away on holiday, so was quite concerned at this message. On checking the alarm system, I saw it was your agent conducting the 'cancelled' viewing.<br><br>Sell Well provided feedback on a viewing that never took place - A viewing was booked to take place and i received some feedback that 'the property wasn't suitable, but the viewer wouldn't say why. Something didn't feel right with the feedback, so i checked the security footage at my property. On checking the footage, the agent can be seen arriving where she remained for 20 mins and then left. No viewer arrived. Rather than saying it was a 'no show' Sell Well gave me feedback that was made up.<br><br>The average time to book viewings in was over 10 days from a viewing being requested to taking place. Compared to other estate agents, this is significantly longer. I am not sure why viewings take so long to take place, but i do not think this helps sell the property.<br><br>Offers put forward with no knowledge of the sellers actual position. 1st offer i received was from someone who's house had only just gone on the market. While i was happy with their offer i did not initially know their position. After 2 months they still couldn't proceed. 2nd offer was from an individual who didn't have an agreement in principle, was looking to buy my house as a second property and wasn't aware of the extra stamp duty he would have to pay. After speaking to a financial advisor, he had to with draw the offer as he couldn't afford it. Even worse though, was the fact Sell Well allowed him to offer on my property and another property at the same time. While they have to put offers forward, i wasn't initially told he was offering on 2 of their properties.<br><br>Due to the poor service I received i cancelled my contract with Sell Well (after their 16 week sole agency agreement) and have moved to another agent. Within 24 hours of it going live with the other agent i had viewing request, which they booked in for 3 days later. So a stark improvement compared to Sell Well.<br><br>I feel like i have wasted the last 4 month with Sell Well and based on my experience, i would not recommend them to anyone.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

Jon offered lots of guidance that I didn’t get from other prospective estate agents.<br>Then to the team, only one viewer and thanks to Olivia who showed them round an offer was made a couple of days later and within a few weeks.<br>The support I received throughout the sale, namely Danielle, Katie and Alicia was nothing short of superb!! 28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Claves have been brilliant I along with my mum where executors to my grandmas will and estate and I had inherited her property which unfortunately I had to end up coming to the decision of selling the property. My mum had read the great reviews online for claves and I must admit at first I was abit hesitant only because it’s a newer company compared to the longer running ones but I was wrong we had multiple letting agents come out before and I didn’t feel like they were a match for us or were valuing the property at a reasonable value it seemed they just wanted it sold as soon as possible however when warren came out from claves we knew instantly this was the company to go with he valued the property at the price we wanted and was confident it would be sold pretty quick and it was as we had an acceptable offer within two weeks of it going up for sale with claves we accepted this and the house has fully been sold and everything completed also the pictures were absolutely brilliant and Marcus was great being in a freezing cold empty property for visits and Lynne was brilliant keeping us always updated and arranging all the documents and everything needed between us and the buyers I really couldn’t recommend them more everyone was always so helpful I will be for sure using claves again in the future<br>Thank you so much to warren, Lynne and Marcus and everyone else at claves !

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
