30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Arnold and Philips was chosen by a relative subsequently deceased. A very professional organisation dealt with many viewings and most importantly kept me informed. Good advice was given in a timely manner and subsequent successful sale. Special thanks to Marcy Campbell in the Ormskirk office.
5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Massive thanks to everyone at Tracy Phillips throughout the process of buying my first house. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and always happy to answer any questions or queries I had. A special mention to Louise, who I dealt with throughout the process. She always went the extra mile and kept me updated every step of the way.
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Joel, Paula and the team are absolutely lovely. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and, more importantly, about the people they’re dealing with. Buying or selling a home is such a big thing, and they really understand that. They take the time to listen, pay attention to the little details and make sure you feel looked after every step of the way. It’s the little things they do that make such a difference and put you at ease. You never feel like just another customer. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. A proper lovely team who go above and beyond.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Can’t praise these ladies enough - absolute stars who got us the best price we could for our house in difficult circumstances…. Prompt, attentive, and a joy to work with 11/10 highly recommended ????????????
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Avoid. As a landlord or tenant. Solicitors needed for our tenant for her deposit back and for our rent owed to us that she paid?! Clown outfit
16th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Brilliant service from start to finish. Great communication from viewings and honest, sound advice given when needed. Special thanks to a Jamie for her patience and support, felt fully informed the whole way through the process. Thank you ????
11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Excellent service from initial meeting and valuation right through to the agreed sale process. Friendly and efficient team, always willing to help and advise.
7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Absolutely fantastic experience, and without doubt the reason why my move was completed in time, Jess was exceptional with how much effort and time she put into keeping me informed, and every phone call and message felt personal and unscripted which was very refreshing. I really can’t sing her praises enough, we are eternally thankful!
5th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Healy Simpson Limited provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive to any questions I had. The entire process was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated their honesty, dedication, and commitment to delivering outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company. Five stars!
27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Drove 3 hours to view a property and were outright disgusted. Had multiple phone calls to go over an extensive list of questions regarding the properly and requested up to date photos. The answers they gave did not match the property we viewed and despite being told the photos were most up to date they could not have been taken in the last year. Arrived and the house was full floor to ceiling with black mould. Multiple electrical outlets covered in black mould. The ceiling in the images listed had a hole, what was not made clear was how the rest of the ceiling had fallen in as well. A waste of time, money and patience viewing any properties from this estate agents. They knew we were travelling far and despite numerous opportunities never once mentioned the state the house was now in, even with very specific questions regarding issues that the property had. Have requested reimbursement for our travels as we would have never gone to even the view the property if we knew half of the reality surrounding the house. Photos attached of some things we saw. Photos do not show the worst parts as we wouldn't even enter some of the rooms due to the state of them. We even asked specifically about the state of the flooring only to find multiple holes from woodworm which were not shown in the listing images or mentioned when asked explicitly about. The house is listed as a reasonable price for the listing but is well beyond too much for what we saw. Perhaps an accurate listing or asking price may stop problems like this arriving in the future. Would have been willing to view other properties they had if it wasn't for this awful experience, lost out on buyers.
19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Once again brilliant service from the Gilkes family. Sold our property in seven days. Whole transaction completed in just over 2 months. As always a professional efficient and friendly service.

4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)I would like to say a huge thank you to Bella and Nick at Brooke Steel for all their hard work in helping me sell my house. After losing a sale with another estate agent, it was great to have someone who was genuinely committed to getting the sale complete. Bella kept me informed throughout the process, was always approachable, went above and beyond to help move things along. I really appreciated her dedication and persistence, and I’m very grateful for everything she did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you again for all your hard work!
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.

Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):

- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.

- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.

Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

17th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Perfect experience, couldn’t have asked for better! ?? We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression. They were always available for calls, questions, and responded to emails quickly. Thanks to them, the whole process went so smoothly. Can’t thank them enough! I’d highly recommend them. Sharon and Vicky have been so lovely, and the experience has genuinely felt so personalised, even though they deal with lots of other people. Thank you everyone!
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
