2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

16th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Keir, the Findyoureden represtative ,that visited us was well prepared and very personable young man with all the information regarding the valuation of the house, he explained the process clearly and concisely and left us with all the information to allow us space to make our decision, Once we decided he returned within a week and did all the photographs which were professional and represented our house in its best light. Within hours of it going on sale we had 3 viewings and as we had booked a holiday we left them to do all the viewings while we relaxed on the beach, genius?????? Before the week was out we had had 2 offers and ,after a last and final offer, accepted a very good price, over our expectations, Throughout the process the communication by all the team has been superb. All information and help was given promptly and when I asked for advice I was given clear answers that really helped. I couldn’t give a high enough recommendation of the whole team to a prospective seller. Thankyou you’ve all been brilliant
