I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I agreed a purchase on 5 Whitburn Avenue which was marketed and confirmed in the memorandum of sale as freehold. After instructing solicitors and incurring costs and a level 2 survey, it later emerged during conveyancing that the property was subject to a short lease of around 12 years, fundamentally affecting value and mortgageability. I withdrew immediately once this came to light. Despite requesting written confirmation that the sale was no longer proceeding, my emails were not responded to. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted legal costs. Buyers should independently verify tenure before proceeding.

Each property required refurbishment, and I had complete confidence in giving him full control—the results have been outstanding. I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)This home as a whole from Domestic, Kitchen, Maintenance, Carers, Nurses, Team Leaders, Activities to Management are focusing and doing their best for their Residents and Residents Families and Friends whilst Staff are showing respect to each other and being supportive as much as they can. It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. 28th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
25th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. The management did not deliver on anything they promised when they took on my property. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.
